Kentwood Real Estate has been ranked number one nationally for the highest average closed sales volume per broker.

The ranking was in RISMedia’s annual Top 500 Power Broker.

At nearly $12 million in total sales volume per agent, Kentwood topped all full-service brokerages in the country.

Kentwood also was ranked 57th in the nation in total sales volume by Denver-based REAL Trends with nearly $2.2 billion in sales production last year.

RISMedia is a national leader in real estate information systems. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the firm’s Power Broker Report. REAL Trends is a real estate consulting and communications company that is a leading source of real estate trends and analysis on the residential real estate industry.

RISMedia ranked Kentwood Real Estate 63rd nationally in total sales volume and 147th in total transactions with almost 4,000 sides. The REAL Trends 2014 500 report ranked the company 139th in transaction sides, the difference being the variety of companies responding to each firm’s annual survey.

Kentwood was also recently recognized as a Denver Post Top Workplace for 2014 which recognizes a workplace environment that’s conducive to success.
